Top 10 Girly Products You Should Own

By on 6:16 PM

Beauty requires skill & maintenance, especially once you've over the age of say - 20 or so. Here's some sneaky tools to make it much easier on you.

1. Pinterest. If you don't possess the use of one, you've already gotten yourself behind the 8 ball. Seriously.

2. Miracurl. This is possibly the coolest thing I've seen recently that I don't own already. Watch the video on how it works here.

3. Elf Shimmering Facial Whip. It's a dollar at Target. Put it on under your concealer for totally fabulous coverage.

4. French Tip Dip. If you're still rocking the french manicure, this makes it totally easy. Buy it here.

5. Ben Nye Final Seal. The best setting spray ever. Makeup stays put even when its literally 100 degrees out. Need more of an endorsement? It's what they use on the princesses at Disney to keep their makeup in place.

6. The Remington Wet 2 Straight Tool. It's probably not the kindest thing to do to your hair, but the amount of time you save styling will make you not care.

7. Magic Fishtail Hair Tool By Hairagami. Available now from Urban Outfitters, and various other outlets on the internet. For you braid beginners.

8. Makeup Primer. Even the cheap ones of these do a decent job, but personally I say splurge for the MAC Prep + Prime Skin. You'll thank me later.

9. UV Nail Lamp. Even if you aren't getting your gel on, this dries regular nail polish super fast. And more time + dry nails = winning.

10. Goody Quik Style Brush. If you are going to blow dry your hair, get it done crazy fast. This acts like a sponge and because your hair is drying faster, you'll have less frizz. Awesome.

There's more, of course, but this is a good place to start if you're not particularly versed in dolling yourself up. Start the journey.

dats B, yo!
